Delivery Methods

Orders received are shipped the day after receiving the order.  We ship via UPS and USPS for shipping to the continental US. Other services may be offered from time to time at the sole discretion of the company.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery can be expected to most major cities within four to seven working days (rural areas may take slightly longer). If for any reason we cannot fill your order, we will contact you within seven working days (it is essential to include a contact number or email address when filling out the order form). A full refund will be placed on your credit card, if the product cannot be made available to you.

Refund / Return Policy

To speak to a Biologic Food Plot Consultant please call 662.495.9292. We do not accept goods for Refund or Return except in the case of defective goods. If you do find your goods defective, please phone or email us prior to the return. No refund requests will be approved until the product has been returned to us for inspection, and the defect verified. The products must be returned to us at your cost.
